Dear all authors and co-authors,
Considering the current COVID-19 pandemic issue, we advise all the International and Malaysian participants to register RFM2020 using the virtual fee. The RFM2020 registration can be done through  https://edas.info/registerPersonNew.php?c=27476 .

The RFM2020 official invoice can also be requested by email to apmttemc@gmail.com. Note that the deadline of the early bird registration is due on 10 Nov 2020.

At least one of the authors is required to PRE-REGISTER, pay the REGISTRATION FEE, complete the online IEEE Copyright Form, and upload the FINAL MANUSCRIPT, before the deadline, 20 Nov 2020. Information about the registration procedures and fees, and instructions for final manuscript preparation and submission are available at the RFM 2020 website https://rfm2020.apmttemc.org/?page_id=156 .
